- Yes, depending on your plan. Regional and global plans cover multiple countries. Single-country plans work only in the selected country.
- What happens when my data runs out?
- You can purchase a top-up or a new plan at any time through your account. Your eSIM remains active and you can add more data without losing your settings.
- Is my eSIM refundable?
- We offer refunds for plans that have not been activated. Once a plan is installed and activated on your device, it cannot be refunded. Contact support within 24 hours of purchase.

- ROAMFI plans include data only. For calls and messages you can use apps like WhatsApp, Telegram or FaceTime over the internet using your ROAMFI data.
